Just one remedy probably isnt going to get rid of your anxiety. We live in a toxic world, so many chemicals. No historical precedent for the human body adapting to the chemical onslaught we face daily. Did you know that some of your trusted household cleaners have like 95 different chemicals in them? Ever wonder why there are no ingredients on the bottle? The list wouldnt fit and nobody would buy it. To put yourself in remission takes time, diligence, willingness to try new things, maybe keeping logs and journals, maybe finding a therapist or life coach, and approaching it from as many angles as you can. I had to change my diet, get rid of chemicals in my home, change my habits, read a bunch of great books, work with an amazing performance coach (like a therapist but way way cooler), and find out I have a weird genetic defect called MTHFR that makes regular old folic acid, that B vitamin in rice and other grains poison to me. On this page I will be posting links and information about a lot of things. Its a journey and it takes time. If you feel led, try something. When something clicks for you, give it some consideration.
