Just outside the door of Parkstrasse 11, Tempelhof, is the bio bakery Müllerskind, everything you buy here is organic and all bread, cakes and pies are homemade. I strongly urge you to try the different bagels or the chocolate / blueberry cake – enjoy them inside in the quaint design, outside in the afternoon sun or why not take it with you to one of the three parks that surrounds your new home. The atmosphere of the Müllerskind is one of a small town, children are playing parents are talking to the people on the table next to you and everyone seems to know each other. But there is more the Müllerskind than just coffee and cake, from time to time they also have what they call “Intime Töne” (intimate tones), live music with acoustic instruments in the cafe. Sitting on the outside dining area is the perfect mix between city and urban feeling, on the one side is the green parks on the other side you can almost see the big road Manteuffelstr., the sound from the distance cars and the birds and playing kids in the park mix in a pleasant way.
