Just over a year ago Robin Woods won her amateur fight vs Katie by a knockout with an accidental head butt and has refused to give Katie a rematch since. They were scheduled for a rematch this Friday in Montana and sadly, but not at all surprisingly, Robin has pulled out of the fight. These situations remind me of how proud I am to have an honorable fighter like Katie on my team. I have said it before and it is the truth, Katie wants to fight not only everyone she has lost to, but anyone she has beat and everyone she has yet to get in the cage with. Shes not fighting for fame, she loves what she does and wants to challenge and test herself. This is the reason she is a better fighter every fight. While so many of these other females are making documentaries and fighting once or twice a year, Katie, humble and dedicated, is training hard preparing for her next battle. And that next battle is.... May 30th at Conquest of the Cage against Elizabeth Phillips!
