Just over a year ago, doctors diagnosed young Jayden Wilson with a grade IV brainstem glioma. He was four at the time. Its the most severe malignant brain tumor because these tumors show a very rapid growth and there is no cure. Sadly, Jaydens parents were told by doctors their son more than likely only had a year to live. Knowing that Jaydens next birthday might also be his last his father decided to make it extra special and dress up like Spider-man for his sons fifth birthday. His father hid the camera near the front porch to record his sons reaction as he swung down so Jayden could meet his favorite superhero of all time.
