Just over one week left in Australia before I head to Toronto! Time to make a plan for the next week: Sunday: Morning - Chest and Functional Stretching; Afternoon - 20km run Monday: Morning - Back; Evening - Upper body cable workout then basketball with the Swamp Donkeys Tuesday: Morning - Shoulders; Afternoon - Legs; Evening - light run Wednesday: Morning - Arms; Afternoon - 16km run Thursday: Afternoon - Chest; Evening - Lots of chin-ups Friday: Morning - Shoulders; Evening - light jog 9-12km Saturday: Chest and Back session Sunday: Deep Space Mountain Half-Marathon; and maybe arms in the afternoon
