Just posted a description for my dog beds; Why my dog beds are Awesome!! My dog beds are made with 100% machine washable and dryable cotton. I use flannel with a decorative cotton fabric for pizzazz, or all flannel if I find something pleasing to the customer. My beds are all custom made; I search for the fabrics for your new dog bed as I would for a quilt you are purchasing. The beds are constructed of 2 parts the outer bed and the inner bed. The bed can be used 4 different ways. The outer bed is the decorative bed, it has 3 options for use, the top side which is made of the decorative cotton and flannel, the underside which is all flannel (the same color as the front) and the reverse side (which is the color you see peeking through the seams, or the accent color. If one side gets damaged you have the option to flip the bed or turn inside out so you get more use out of the bed. The inner bed holds the stuffing, I make it oversize so when washed the stuffing gets moved around and gets really clean. There is a zipper so you can fluff the stuffing, replace it or just add more if it is not soft enough for your dog. This part of the bed is the 4th way to use this bed. The bed is not stiff; therefore if your dog has the tendency to “dig” in his/her bed, the likely hood that they will tear it is reduced as the fabric moves with the “digging” I guarantee my sewing for 1 year, if the dog bed doesn’t hold up to your dogs shenanigans, I will make you a new one.
