Just posted in our private members group and wanted to share: Team Revolution: Get in the habit tips to make this a lifestyle, not a quick fix. Tip 1: whenever you make a meal, overcook! I was making tuna cakes and green beans so I made a huge batch some to eat and a lot to store for next week. Tip 2: a pre-filled water jug is a great way to be accountable to your water for the day. It keeps hunger at bay, trust me!! Anna:)
