Just posted this in a coaching group. I think its important for those who stress about nutrition plans etc..... ********** A response to a few questions about nutrition, meals out etc. I will never say you have to do something or should miss meals out etc etc. Most of the time you already know the answer which is, the more you deviate from the plan the less results you get. However, you may be more than happy with getting say 70-80% of the results you would by being perfect if it means you have a cheat meal once a week. This is just a decision for you to make. Not everyone wants to be super lean or rather cares enough to lose out on social nights. The question for YOU to answer is whats most important and where do my limits/boundaries lie? Do you want to cheat a lot and in 3 weeks be no further but everyone else has lost 10lbs? Do you want to cheat a bit and lose 5lbs when everyone else lost 12 - if you would be happy with that, that is PERFECT. Im not here to TELL you anything. Im here to tell you what works and how to do it as proven by other normal people. What you do with that knowledge and to what degree is solely your choice to make about your life. For me having the power back in your hands regarding your health is the key. What you do with it is entirely up to you based on the degree to which you are fed up, sick, tired, fat etc and whats most important in your life. All I ever say is there is NOTHING in this world that isnt more pleasant with more energy, more strength and less body fat. The degree you want to go to is up to you and that will change with time! Either way this shouldnt stress you out!!!!
