Just properly got up from one of the most EPIC weekends Ive ever had! My brain feels numb, is that even possible? Dont even know where to start, well actually perhaps I should start from the beginning.... Friday Double Up? and Bassix Crew Jump UP/Jungle Cave take over Chinese Laundry. - Verdict is Sydney loves Jungle and Jump Up. - Double Up? and Bassix crew know how to put on a good party. - Sydney has some extraordinary DJs. - Raves in the Cave are HEAPs of fun. the cave was full as soon as the doors opened ALL the DJs played quality sets and the vibe was amazing. Also celebrated Charlies birthday, hope you had fun :P .I want to thank everyone who came out to support local music and me :) I look forward to doing it all again sometime. Saturday Afterlife Drum & Bass was also very fun, nice to see people all dressed up in their hospital outfits, lots of quality music, loved the old skool rave music in the outside area, happy birthday James. Special mention to Paul, Jimmy, and Cal for playing excellent sets, you all had the room pumping :) Then Sunday which completely wiped me out! London Elektricity and Memtrix OMG!! I dont even really know what to say, it was such a successful night on so many levels, Royalstons room and main room were packed, everyone was really friendly, the staff and security at OXFORD ART FACTORY were all so awesome. Congrats to Kyphosis. for getting the winning slot and smashing out a fantastic set, Axe the versatility in your set was sick! Capture Ive never seen you play like that before, I hope your set will be uploaded to mixcloud soon :) all the DJs were ridiculously incredible, Big ups to Bass Drop and all the Bass Drop Street Ninjas. Last but not least happy birthday Sacha I hope Drum and Bass, Sydney and all your friends helped you celebrate in style
