Just providing some feedback after my recent flight….thought I would share my frustrated rant (I removed the name of the airline to preserve a sponsor relationship (not mine)) HAPPY FLYING DURING THE HOLIDAYS:))) _________ is the absolute worst airline for providing individuals with disabilities isle chair services for getting off of a plane after a flight ON TIME. I had to sit and wait for an isle chair for over 20 minutes after landing in Nashville and became livid. I took my time to talk to a manager and nothing came of it. On my return flight, THE VERY NEXT DAY, I was left on the plane to sit and wait for over 15 minutes after everyone else had deplaned. This is unacceptable and happens most every time. I am a paraplegic that travels the world and there is really nothing that I have found in all of my travels that makes me feel more disabled than having to sit and wait helplessly after a long flight to get off of the plane. The most frustrating aspect of this experience is that I believe it can be easily fixed. Please communicate more effectively for the people that rely on you to do so.
