Just putting this out there. I ran across it while looking for something else. Tried to do some digging but kept running into dead ends and my brain has shut down for the day. Interesting article for discussion. It says that the land owner (Baden) claims his 1st, 2nd and 14th Rights are being violated because of a lawsuit filed from one of Bondis ex-husbands. So at what point does a persons Rights stop because of potential harm to neighbors (accusation of bullets falling on their land)? I could see the discontinuance of commercial use for shooting/hunting, but personal use disallowed also? And what ties does Bondi have to the judge issuing the order, since the complaintant is an ex-husband (Barnes)?
