Well let me tell you it happens in the UK too - thought I would share this little jem with you to hopefully make you smile on a Friday. In the UK when I worked in DWP someone rang up asking for Kay Mulligan The lad on the phone was arguing like mad with the customer that there was no one of that name in the office. Frustrated he shouted Does anyone know a Kay Mulligan Oh that will be me I said. He was wetting himself laughing that I could work out my own name when It was misinterpreted.
