Just read an amazing story on buy nothing shoreline. Parents throwing a 30th bday for their son who has down syndrome. They reserved American Legion for his karaoke party. He has always wanted to tour a recording studio and go on a limo ride. The mom posted about her sons wishes and was asking for music themed decorations. But everybody responded with ideas and leads. So now a limo has been donated because the driver wants to make a connection at the Robert Lang recording studio in shoreline (dave matthews has recorded there) and the recording studio loved the human interest piece of it so they are giving a world class tour, comped. Somebody suggested a news station be contacted and so komo has responded. Apparently komo did a piece on him at age 2 about growing up with D.S. They liked the idea of revisiting 30 years later. Pretty much everything has been donated and countless people have offered up different things to make it totally awesome. I ❤️ community. I ❤️compassion. Love wins.
