Just read an article about run-away brides. Im going to try really hard not to be one!!! But I often wonder if that will be me. Im scared to death of getting married! I want to, and I know I will be an amazing wife...but Im afraid of getting bored or being discouraged from my dreams and goals. Its really going to have to be a truly INCREDIBLE person that I cant dream of living without before Im gonna actually go through with marrying them. Someone I dont ever see myself getting bored with and someone who can live out OUR dreams together. And then theres the physical attractiveness factor to deal with. Some people have the best personalities but if Im not attracted to them, I refuse to play with their heart. Its not because theyre not good-looking; its simply because I cant force feelings that I dont have. Nearly everyone says, When you find the right person, youll know. But I dont know when that actually becomes a true statement. I think its different for everyone, and sometimes you DONT just know. Because I have dated a couple of guys that I thought I would probably marry but later on, each time I decided no. I dont know what my future is going to be like. I know what I want. But will I find it? Or have I found it already? Hmmmmm.
