Just read an article on Pope Francis next push for global change. Have to say, this Pope is impressive. Hes setting his sites on the perpetuators of global warming. To paraphrase: countries and industries who engage in deforestation, the appropriation of water, inadequate emission controls and agro-toxics are some of the evils named. All in the name of money and greed. Hes issuing an encyclical (a big deal for Catholics) and inviting world religious leaders to a conference in advance of the UN meeting on global warming this summer. Go Frank!
