Just read report that UK which is a major motorsport industry has lost 20% competitors recently + 2014 1st National rally was cancelled due to few entries. exactly what i am fighting against Kenya going same route. We cannot stop super rich with mega budgets on super rally cars, expat mechanics, tons of apre parts, expensive recce cars, international training etc,.etc.. BUT fact remains - MAJORITY COMPETITORS STRUGGLE WITH SMALL BUDGETS. therefore KMSF needs to CHANGE national comp rules [NCRs] to promote the MAJORITY of small budget racers for motorsport to thrive and grow.
