Just read that Fife education committee approved a new Madras in May 2008 and this was endorsed by Fife council the next month. Almost six years on and councillors have failed to progress this with some seeming to be actively working to block this. If ensuring suitable educational facilities for children in Fife and a suitable workplace for their employees is not something they should have as a high priority can somebody explain what it is they actually do?
