Just read that Greg Ginn has a lawsuit going on against Bill Stevenson, Chuck Dukowski, Dex Cadena, and Keith Morris for re-starting Black Flag without his consent. Ginn was already restarting Black Flag with a different line up. Keep in mind Greg Ginn founded Black Flag and SST records with his own money. Without his funding, these guys would be nothing. The main problem is no royaalties, and bootllegging t-shirts, etc that Ginn paid to have designed. Same thng happened when The Misfits got back thogether without Danzing. He used his own money to found the band and Plan 9 Records. Wound up they had to pay him royalties for the name and they could not record any Misfits songs that he wrote. Turned out smooth in the end. Hope the Greg Ginn/Black Flag suit turns out smooth. Honestley the Keith Morris line-up is much better than the one that Ginn is using. Only time will tell.
