Just received a Final Notice from by-law as one of our vehicles is slightly parked on our front yard. Wouldnt I like to know what neighbour called and complained cause Id bless them with some homemade cookies! Just a tad annoyed right now!! As for it being a Final notice, we never received one before this. Saying final implies there was a notice prior to this one.
