Just received a heartwarming message from one of my own clients whod been covered today by Sean Murphy for a low volume, super high intensity, negative failure, workout: I would like to complain, because (A) you laughed when you gave Sean my work-out, (B) he wanted to adhere to every rep and every tempo and (C) halfway through he said Id like to try a workout like this myself one day... Are you kidding me? One-f****ng-day?! I console myself that after lying on the floor for 15 minutes, I stumbled into your office to get my keys while Tom was pitching a new client. Im pretty sure she wont be signing up...
