Just received a lovely message from someone on here, saying that the statuses, quotes & pics etc on the page has given this person a better understanding of mental health illness, and has helped a family member of theirs also. Over the months since setting up the page I regularly receive messages like this, thanking me for the page. Saying Ive helped etc. Just wanna say. I couldnt have done it without all of you. So thank you all. Im just glad Ive helped people, to understand & reach out about their illnesses. My main purpose has been all along, to help others realise they are not alone. Whether youre suffering or no someone who suffers, you are not alone. Thank you. Rach. Xxx
