Just received a lovely note from past company member, Brad Anderson: It has been a long time. Maybe close to ten years since I was last under the northern skies. My acting career has taken me all over the country. Ive performed in every kind of space from parking lots to basement theaters to the Museum of Modern Art. But every May my heart yearns for the stars of Door County. For the joy of riding my bike through Peninsula State Park to the AFT stage. For Doc playing around the campfire after a two show day. My favorite thing about AFT is that everyone knows how special it is. Every cast member, crew, administrator treats that sacred place with such reverence that the audience cant help but fall in love. I want to wish you a happy season this summer. I am sure it will be stressful and I am sure it will be blissful. Send my love to everyone. Brad played Claude in Muskie Love, a Space Bear in Packer Fans, and was in the ensemble for Bone Dance.
