Just received the nicest letter of support from the TC Area Chamber Of Commerce for my upcoming trip to DC in support of our Veterans and getting the VA to look at changing the way they view site condos for lending purposes. The current guideline that the VA uses costs our Veterans and Active Duty Military purchasing a home between $30,000 - $50,000 over the life of their loan. Money that they could be using on other things for their family. I have a template letter that I am happy to send to anyone who wants to put their info on it and sign and get back to me.
