Just received this,, So things will get fixed ,, Hey everyone, Unfortunately we have had to take the VX processor down as we are experiencing some reporting errors. In other words, some purchases are not reporting back to MAP correctly, resulting in the wrong product amounts being reflected on your MAP accounts. Please have patience with us as this has been a holiday weekend. We will begin repairs on the system tomorrow. We hope to have them back online soon. Once we have the bugs worked out, VX will be available for purchasing all products site-wide. Our support desk is slammed with payment issues. We will work our way through these as fast as possible. Please be as detailed as possible when reporting an issue so as to expedite the resolution process. Please do not report that VX is down, as we have done this for a reason.
