Just received this from a friend As the BBC does not see fit to carry a report on the protest at its Belfast headquarters this evening I would like to share the story with you via Facebook. Around 100 people gather at Broadcasting House at 7.30 this evening any carrying candles and flags. Some of the protesters entered the foyer and occupy it for a time. Spokespersons outlined to a BBC journalist why they were protesting and stated that until the corporation ceased to act as the propagandist for the Israeli army, the protests would continue. The BBC were also informed that the protests would increase in size and frequency up to and including peaceful occupation of the building and disruption of the services. The BBC journalist suggested that anyone who had an issue withe the manner of the BBC reporting on the ongoing actions of Israel in Gaza should put this in writing through the normal complaints system where they would be dealt with by the corporation.
