Just received this message from one of our customers, this is so heartbreaking! Please BE CAREFUL!! Hey could you warn all your customers about the online deal on facebook atm I got tricked it was a offer where you get some raspberry ketones for free and all you buy is p&p i even red the small print because it says you sign your self up to a subscription you had to send a email within 7 working days to cancel I did this within 2 hours of signing up so I fort that would be the end of it until this month the took 89 out of my account when I rung them up to find out what went on it looked like they sent me a email extending my cooling of period instead of cancelling it with out my knowledge I was on the phone for a hour fighting my case for them to say they was in the wrong so they gave me a return address, I sent it back for the to refuse my package saying they wasnt the company! I have now had to ring my bank to make sure they can not take any more money out and as I spoke to the man he said he gets 20-30 calls a day about this company! I have been fiddled out of £95 all together just before Christmas and I can not claim it back! I fort it was a brilliant idea since we use your tablets and they work brilliant so I fort I could buy my husband some and if he likes them he can get some from you later on due to he normally can not swallow tablets the company is called cleanse extreme please please tell others dont make the same mistake I have and buy items because they are cheap
