Just registered my son for middle school and got his schedule. I was extremely pleased to see that he has art as an elective. These days they cut out these kinds of classes and I think they are the most valuable just to get a break from thinking. But since my boy is a little artist, I know he will love it. But the thing about his school that makes me theeeeeee most pleased....... the school gives the parents a website to check up on their kids in grades, attendance, etc. So now I dont have to wait for report cards. Electronically inclined....that is what I am talking about! :)
