Just remembered this and wanted share... Easy tomato pasta: 1 cup tomato chunks (bite sized, can use canned if you want) 1 cup cucumber chunks (bite sized, with or without peel, your choice) 1/2 - 1 cup of zesty Italian dressing (or your favorite italian flavor dressing) 2 cups of cooked pasta toss all together and chill before serving this is easy and can be made with whatever you have on hand, except for the cukes, they should be fresh :)
