Just reposting my comment from a thread below for anyone setting up the Iris for the first time: Make sure you dont go though the setup wizard in Mission Planner. It will overwrite the factory settings and mess up the configuration that was already done at 3DR. You just have to re-install the factory settings which can be done from the Mission planner settings.
