Just rushed my dad to the hospital with chest pains. Hes 86 has 3 stints, and just had an abnormal stress test. He was scheduled for cardiac cath. next week. He was admitted and the surgery will be tomorrow. I called my work to tell them if he remains stable I will come in at 11Pm instead of 7Pm. I believe Ive called off twice in 16 years. The response was Cant you get here any earlier Hmmmmm Just wondering how important my job is.......
