Just saw miss Allie! She looks so good. She had a surgery this morning to make sure the infection was gone in her belly. It was. While they were there they did find a little internal bleeding, but they fixed that and thats OK now too. Plan is to do her femur surgery in the morning. So keep your fingers crossed vitals stay good enough that this can happen. Tiffanie said that her kidney function is returning slowly but surely. That is amazing news.... Big step tomorrow... They are planning on weaning her off the vent and capping the trache... This will mean she will be breathing on her own and able to talk. So prayers for that to go smoothly too. Shes still in a lot of pain but who wouldnt be right?! She is so strong. I love that girl so much! I wish I could be there for her surgery tomorrow. But as soon as shes out her mom is supposed to call me so I will let you all know as soon as I do! Definitely keep the prayers coming!
