Just saw this post and seems it was removed. Not sure why and I am giving credit for original poster and the one that shared it where I saw it. I AGREE WITH THE STATEMENT FULLY!!! Joanne Favazza via Exposing the Big Game: Living Targets of a Dying Sport 24 mins · When alphas are killed, the rest of the pack disintegrates, and is thus more likely to prey on livestock. Seems like the WDFW is trying to create a situation where theyll have an excuse to ultimately kill the entire pack. Its been proven time and time again that human interference in nature only makes things worse. The real problem here is welfare ranching on public lands. Non-native sheep and cattle (and the massive destruction they cause) should never take precedent over native wildlife and wild habitat--period. We need a national campaign to abolish welfare ranching on our public lands so that native wildlife and habitat can be restored. Ranchers and their political allies have had their way for far too long. Public lands belong to all of us--not just an arrogant, greedy, and selfish minority. exposingthebiggame.wordpress/2014/09/10/huckleberry-pack-alpha-female-shot-aerially-by-wdfw-contract-sharpshooter/
