These 5 girls have been busting their glutes day in day out getting in the best shape possible and I have seen the work these athletes have put in. Success leaves clues and here are 5 Clues that these girls leave in their amazing results. 1. Set A Specific Goal Bottom line you need goals. You need a reason to get off the couch. You need a reason to not eat crap food. You need a reason to be sore and to love it. That reason is getting your goals. But... You cant get your goals unless you SET YOUR GOALS. So set them, WRITE it down and make it happen. The hardest person to convince is yourself. 2. Have A Plan What training plan are you on right now? Why are you doing it? When does it end? If you fail to plan you plan to fail. I just coached a bunch of people in PowerLifting provincials and they all had a plan and a goal. The girls this weekend have a goal and a PLAN. What is your goal and what is your plan? 3. You Need A Coach No one competing this weekend is doing it on their own. They all have coaches. Nutrition coaches, training coaches, posing coaches, and more. They understand the importance and VALUE of having coaches. A good coach brings out your best. Who is your coach? 4. Hard Work Pays Off Its simple, you want to be in shape you gotta work hard. Forget the It must be nice or She has great genetics talk and accept that most people who are in damn good shape work hard for it. The girls that I coach train damn hard, and nothing good comes easy. Work hard, continuously, and you get results. Know the difference between Working Out vs. Training 5. Compete Yes compete. Do something that makes you uncomfortable. Sign up for a Power Lifting Competition, register for a bikini show, join a program, do something that gives you butterflys in your stomach. That is the thing you need to do. Every girl competing this week decided to compete. They decided to say Fu*k It I am gonna do it. They decided to compete. Who cares if your place first or last, you wont place at all if you dont compete. Most of the girls getting on stage started with our programs, and from there they decided to compete. You can follow these 5 steps right now and within a few weeks YOU can be doing something that you never thought possible. If I can help you with anything let me know.
