Just sent the following email message to Ferguson, Mo. Police Chief Jackson, and Captain, Henke. After all the media and other reports of the events in your community over the shooting of Michael Brown, by one of your officers, and the claims of racial bias due to a lack of racially proportions of black officers in the community, I have come up with what my be a solution to the issue of said disparity. I would suggest that you select some of your officers, with disparity of one black and one white, to set up a Kiosk in the community that is expressing all this outrage, where it is open to all to come and file an application to enter the Police Academy, to be trained in Law Enforcement, and upon graduation, be placed in a position of such authority in Ferguson. If the people are sincere in their claims of racial hatred by White Police officers, they should be more then willing to make application to the academy to decrease any claimed disparity, and hatred. This will give them the opportunity to do the job, they claim is not being done by people they respect, and who represent the diversity and racial make-up of the community. Also, I would suggest that a video monitor be set up, to record those persons who make application, as well as those who will seek to destroy the Kiosk, and portray even those officers as racially biased.
