Just sheer incompetence, thats all , he does not have a policy on any subject nor has he rolled one, ne cannot address parliament, and neither would he speak to the press, his inactions have costed this country enormously 9 months of nil action nor any progress or peoples welfare measures, China is firmly inside and he talks peace with them, he would even offer them a candy to go out but wont retaliate by force, on the western front, his veracity has been put to check and Pakistan must be convinced he is nothing but a Big Talk, it was only the day before 3 rangers of the Pakistani Rifles were killed by the BSF but that was a defensive act, he does not seem to direct the Indian Armed forces and the Para military force to show aggression. The chasing of the Pakistani Trawler by the INS and it blowing up on its own reminds one of 26 /11. Again there is no assurance that arms are being dropped in Indian territory for anti nationals and terrorists to use it. Modi is just incompetent, inept and the most indecisive Prime Minister in Indian History.
