Just sitting here reflecting, a few weeks ago my sister, Bridget Pauley had to rush me to the ER because I thought I was having a heart attack, after a series of EKGs and other acronym tests, I have no clogged arteries and far from having a heart attack, as it turns out, I probably had a panic attack, because I had been stressing about changing my diet and possibly taking lifelong meds. I later found out through my regular Dr that my overall health is pretty good especially my good/bad cholesterol which puzzled me because I had recently been prescribed high blood pressure medication, high blood pressure is usually linked to hereditary, sodium intake, weight, diet, stress, etc. well, Ive ruled out hereditary & sodium, since Im not a person who reaches for salt or eat a lot of pre-packaged foods, so that leaves weight & stress, so in essence life is to short to stress whether its in your conscious or subconscious Ive got to let it go.. And Ive also got to let go of my guilty pleasures
