Just sitting looking at the trophy from last nights award. So humbling to see my name engraved alongside the likes of Neville Murray, Shane Earing, Johnny Beale, Joel Tunbridge, Nial Hornet, Paddy Bache, Marc Woolf, Pat North and Danny Howell as well as being mentioned alongside my Dad, Jim Kelly. Legends at Burnham on Crouch RUFC every one of them!! Feel very proud and very grateful!! Thank you Debbie Smith for all the hard work in organizing last night and so many other nights. Thank you Mr & Mrs Murray for the kind words at the presentation. Thank you Leanie Rose Fairhall for accompanying me for the night. Most of all thank you Jason Bush, my cudlle buddy and mentor in the second row this season from whom both myself and Kevin Leigh Burrell have learned so much and been given the opportunity to improve as players. Not ashamed to admit I had to pop out for a minute to compose myself. Great club. Great people. Great night.
