Just smashed Biceps and Triceps with the guru Chad Rogers. We focused on getting the full stretch of the muscle and holding the contraction for as long as possible throughtout the exercise. Chad is definitely not one for your standard plain Jane exercises, he really thinks outside the box and manages to suprise the muscles by hitting them in all sorts of different angles.
