Just so all Albertans know what the diffrence between My FED CrT T-file besides *danger* not advanced in BC... we are saved by the BC Action... via JCT: --> Are you kidding? • 90% of our Plaintiffs are ATPs who want compensation for their lost cycles & grow ops with an interim exemption for personal medical use ---> (FPMU) the limitation Conroy forgot that got his interim exemption motion shot down. Exemption from all the lousy MMAR grow regulations, all you *mmar* really want FPMU, that Conroy didnt ask for. • His people are stuck under the old lousy regime, *mine* want out from under it is what an exemption with limitation FPMU would get you that Conroy forgot to ask for. I love pointing FPMU out. • Far better than merely extension of MMAR. • Far far better remedy I have asked for. And why didnt I ask for extension of the MMAR? Because Im not sick. Terry Parker is and couldnt qualify. Get it? --> I want it declared broken & unfixable because then the prohibitions are invalid for everyone.... ------> Oh, by the way were going for REPEAL (take away handcuffs) of the CDSA prohibitions because its unfixable while --> Conroys going for the strengthening of the prohibitions because he wants to fix it. --> Just like Alan Young did when Parker got it declared invalid for 2 years the MMAR was broken!! THEN Alan Young brough them back to life, so he said on TV, by fixing the MMAR. ---> Get it, Conroys working with the FEDS to fix their regime to keep the laws alive just like Alan Young did. [edited by me, so maybe my posts are less confusing. ..] hugz thats why i never supported medical marijuana- i knew better, & have tried to prove Terry Parker Jr. Day & Grant Krieger day... its like BENO --- you jump up for Two Bucks n say Bingo! - lawful like dirt... then handcuffs gone (Repeal)- yin:yang . Team legalies < legal n illegal > soon now lawful lawful.
