Just so you can sleep well tonight, the Yosemite super-volcano was shaken by an earthquake magnitude 4.8 yesterday. Whilst (luckily) it wasnt enough to crack the magma cover and release a worldwide catastrophe, its enough to make you wonder just when it will erupt. People have joked in the past about California suffering a catastrophic earthquake and sinking... but if this thing goes off well *all* be in severe srife. The last one of these things to explode caused its thought t have set off a mini-ice age that lasted 1000 years.
