Just so you dont have to read this article, Ive posted it here. Because the Mayflies involved have no interest in beer, and after a lengthy 500+ words the only connection is the sentence about the bugs need to lay eggs in water..... If they happen to come across a cup of beer, they will deposit them in a cup of beer, Theres no indication that they enjoy a beer before they do what they need to do, but apparently @M.L.Johnson of Assoc Press knows....
