Just so you know (because they probably wont tell you) the nasal vaccine contains live Swine flu and Bird Flu viruses which can shed (be passed on) to others for up to 3 weeks. Not tested for carcinogenic or mutagenic potential. Side effects range from flu-like symptoms (i.e flu) to encephalitis, meningitis and Guillain-barre syndrome. And it is not proven to immunise against the flu.
