Just so you know, us along with many cities already have laws on our book in reference to Indecent Exposure, but our PD refuses or wont/dont enforce these ordinances. Anytime you can see the bottom of Behind (butt), I think that qualifies as indecency. Think about this, there has been studies out there linking Sagging Pants to Violence. There is a bigger picture to think about, Violence produce funds for arrest, but prevention by citing folks produces little financial benefits to any city. I remember one time when I was so upset at seeing the crack of a young mans behind when he bent over to place his groceries in his vehicle that I call the PD and nothing happened. I know they feel the air in that naked areas of their body, why dont they just keep it covered it up. Now females are doing this also, and that really scares me for their safety. Are these young people so pissed of at the establishments that they are saying something by exposing this certain part of their body, and if that is the case what are they saying, because we are not getting the messages. We hear your screams but we just cant understand what you are saying. Please take a moment and pull your pants up and find someone that care about you and stop screaming at us.
