Just some sumos on 250kg for 3 sets of 5 reps. Minimal effort given just the way coach wanted. Stoked lifting on the new hammer strength platforms. Good traction and minimal bounce. Did a strapless on 200kg for 2 reps with a pain meter of 4/10. Super bummed out; never knew an injury so small can be so debilitating. You just do what you can. Intensification phase next. Partys just about the get started. You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated.
