Just something on my mind today.... and it regards seeing groups and sometimes activists fighting with eachother. Activism does not have a set mold, each person, or group can choose what avenue they would like to take to effect change. When activists start fighting with eachother, it only serves to undermine all the great work that group or activist has achieved, and sets us back even further. Activism is not a contest of who is better, who says better things, or who does the most work in this movement. Activism should come from an inner place of LOVE and UNITY and TOLERANCE for the different views, ideas, and opinions we see each and every day. I refuse to get involved in any infighting. Pick and choose your battles wisely activists... if half the energy I see fighting with others in the movement was put into battling our Politicians... if UNITY regardless of difference of opinions was practiced... we just might get something done
