Just spent 40 minutes on the phone with SiriusXM trying to turn off a radio I no longer use. After speaking with one person that of course have to transfer you to someone else and of course that person hangs up on you so you call back and politely explain that when they transferred you to "cancellations" in Pakistan you got disconnected. So did they apologize, heck no they transferred me to Pakistan again and promptly hung up on me a second time.
