Just spent 45 minutes on the phone with ATT Uverse and guess how much was accomplished? 0 Here are the highlights: - yesterday the girl who upgraded my cable and internet (to save me money with a 6 month promotion) didnt complete the transaction - the promotion is really only for 3 months and the upgrade was scheduled for the 19th (huh? its digital what is there to install?) - I spent 10 minutes identifying myself before the customer service person even tried to help - after 30 minutes there was no supervisor to speak to (yeh right) - at one point I asked if the guy was actually going to help me and Aidan responded that he would help me - after being transferred because the the guy didnt want to speak to me anymore, the next guy tried to update the system to activate my upgrade for over 5 minutes. (Huh, its a digital product) Horrible customer service. I still have no resolution. With a system that slow over, it makes me wonder if someone forgot to feed the hamsters. And if the customer service folks have any training at all on their products, promotions, or dealing with an angry customer.
