Just spoke with a media person from a small radio station who DOES NOT have an email address OR mobile phone number. Why even bother being in the media industry if you are not going to keep up with technology? Kind of imperative to communication unless you live in a third world country... Oh no, wait a sec, Ive met Arabs in the desert that have mobile phones... So really I cant think of any valid reason, unless you have a legitimate phobia of technology.
