If youre looking for a move (that can be done most anywhere) to tone and strengthen your arms, this is a goodie. Quick Tips: Try going a little slower than I did here to make sure you hold good form, bend those elbows no lower than 90 degrees and keep those shoulders down. To make this move more difficult, walk your feet out away from you. Ladies, try adding this move to your workout routine to help get rid of those chicken wings!
