Just starting to learn about the maternal line of T2a1. The ones who share this with Mom-ma Irene and Aunt Mary are the women in the family. It goes to the daughter who passes it on to her children, so granddaughters of our two founding ladies through the daughters are the one who have it. It really is interesting. Rare European blood line, Near East origin maybe Spain, France, Russia, and German besides the British Isles has it. It makes us distantly connected to Jesse James. How about that piece of trivia. Less than 8% of Europeans have it and then it goes into subgroups of T1, T2. T2 breaks down into many poor subgroups but we are T2a1. I love this information and the feminist in me really loves this stuff.
